Grab Some Buds Pitch Concept - Read The Details
The Challenge:
Create a social concept for gathering friends together to participate in "National Happy Hour".
The Solution:
Budweiser was looking to get people out to meet up for fun, based around their "Grab Some Buds" campaign. The concept shown here was a Some e-Cards style approach that allowed users to caption vintage Budweiser ads with various witty sayings as an invite, and then share that invite with five friends.
Your Six-Pack would then meet up at "National Happy Hour" to partake in some good friends, good times, and a few cold ones.
Facebook was the obvious executional choice here to leverage each users friends list and wall posts for maximum exposure with minimal effort.
